Robust crash protection against forklift trucks and other traffic
Our FLEX IMPACT® Traffic Barriers (TB) are specially designed to protect people, machines, buildings and infrastructure against collisions with forklift trucks or other (heavy duty) vehicles. This type of collision protection is often used in warehouses, production companies and logistics centres to protect people on footpaths and infrastructure against the impact of vehicles such as (heavy duty) forklifts. One important feature of this plastic crash barrier is the built-in memory material, which absorbs the energy of the impact and returns the guardrail to its original shape.
Impact-resistant and flexible collision and crash protection
Crash tests show that this crash barrier can withstand the impact of a high-speed collision with a 3.5-ton forklift. The unique thing about this collision protection for forklift trucks is that the anchorage cannot be torn from the floor surface and that flexible elements return to their original shap

Sturdy safety bollards and shielding for your gates and passageways
One reliable forms of collision protection to protect entrance gates from the inside are so-called Goal Posts. These height portals consist of two tall protective posts with plastic height limiters in between that you place just in front of an opening gate of a loading dock or between two halls. For example, suppose a driver is not aware that the fork of his forklift truck is too high, then the height portal will ensure that it doesn’t come into close contact with the gate mechanism.
Plastic posts can be placed on the sides of a gate or entranceway, so that a forklift can manoeuvre neatly between them. The BO Impact crash bollards offer optimum protection at risk locations, such as near doors, access points and machines.

Crash protection for racking
Rack guards not only protect you against a lot of warehouse damage, they also help to prevent human suffering. A forklift collision against stacking racks is one of the most common workplace accidents in a warehouse. Protecting a wall against impacts that occur close to the ground is best achieved with BOPLAN® safety edge protectors.
