Well-organised passenger traffic in the workplace requires strict rules and secure demarcation. Our FLEX IMPACT® safety hand railing is specially designed to ensure logical, clear and above all safe pedestrian traffic.
Depending on your safety needs, our industrial handrails are available in three different versions: from light handrails with the HD Light to the more heavy-duty HP Plus version. The HP Plus also allows you to choose between handrails with 2 or 3 beams, depending on the specific situation.
All of our industrial handrails are made of high-quality, very high-performance plastic, which properties exceed those of traditional raw materials.
Multifunctional rail system as a safety barrier for both indoor and outdoor use
The FLEX IMPACT® safety rails offer a multifunctional rail system with various applications for both indoor and outdoor use. We offer the appropriate flexible and impact-resistant safety handrails for every situation. In addition to clearly demarcating walkways, these guardrails are also often used as fall protection to enable safe working at height (mezzanines, floors or work platforms). They are also suitable for protecting people against poorly stacked goods and/or falling products in areas without forklift traffic. BOPLAN® machine industrial railing is also frequently used in industry (production areas, workshops) to protect employees’ fingers and hands near machines.
Furthermore, they can easily be combined with other products from the BOPLAN® range, including warehouse safety barriers, crash protection and safety bollards.
Luminescent handrails for emergency exits in the dark
Our plastic handrails and balustrades are also available with a ‘glow in the dark’ look. This balustrade railing is provided with a luminescent line that absorbs the existing light during the day. When darkness rises in the evening or in the event of power failure, these luminescent handrails gradually return the absorbed light. This is ideal for a bridging period of approx. 4 hours, which is more than sufficient to find the emergency exits or aisles.
